We build professional workstations in Valencia, one at a time, for companies that depend on their machines to get the work out.
The assembly industry went down the volume route. Thousands of identical machines built on a line, with nobody asking what they are going to be used for. The result is hardware that is powerful on paper and unbalanced in practice: bottlenecks in the wrong places, components that get in each other's way, and machines that perform for the first hour and choke by the third.
We have spent years building machines and, above all, repairing the ones someone else had built. That work teaches something no spec sheet shows: when a machine falls short, it is almost never for lack of power. It is how the whole thing was planned.
That is where ACD&CO comes from. From the idea that a professional workstation should be designed the way a work tool is designed: for a specific use, with every part chosen for a reason, and validated before it is delivered.
Taking care over every machine does not mean charging more for it. It means not dragging along a chain of intermediaries that somebody has to pay for.
We buy directly from the manufacturer, produce at our facility in Paterna and provide the support ourselves. No intermediate distributors, no margins stacked across three tiers. That lets us deliver a better-planned machine for the same price —or less— than an off-the-shelf one, and respond in hours rather than weeks.
When you call, you speak directly to the technical team that built your machine, not to an outsourced call centre. And that direct contact does not cap volume: we work with framework agreements, quarterly forecasting and frozen platforms for rollouts of dozens of units, with the same traceability and the same validation standard on unit one and unit thirty.

Every machine is tuned in BIOS: power limits, voltage curve and thermal profile. We look for the point where it performs at its best sustainably, not the peak of a benchmark.
Continuous stress testing with thermal monitoring before it ships. The report with the actual measured temperatures goes with the machine.
